So in essence, both the State and OKC will continue to pay Chesapeake taxpayer dollars to remain inefficient and will punish them for trimming the excess that compromises their ability to generate taxable profits.
This bit of 'know-better' non-sense well qualifies as being stupid enough to laugh at... if not for the tragic consequence.
