It doesn't seem like an ethics hotline or SEC thing. Realistically I don't believe our new management team (as idiotic as they can be) overlooked the fact that PII data ends up in Russia (or other former Soviet territories..). It's blatantly obvious and well known. It's not like anyone is trying to hide it or sneak around sending data off to the darkest corners of the globe. I agree that it's not a good idea to do, but our executive management takes on that risk as those in charge of running the firm.
