I'm holding out for a severance and hoping to get one, love to stay but getting that much $$$ in one day is hard to beat, and then next day walk over to another job. I'm still loyal to my coworkers for what that's work. God bless you all. Paramount just sent a layoff notice to some of its employees specifying departments and numbers, and was a true example of how these matters are typically handled. I understand their plan, but having an MBA I can tell you this plan lacks a PR response or decisive actions. I agree with several below, simply state final number targets, typical severances, and specific days or times layoffs will occur. Productivity down right stinks with my underlings but rest assured I won't lie to them and tell them everything I can to help them include giving glowing recommendations to future employers as applicable. Wish you all the best and loolaid drinkers just support your fellow CHKers or keep your mouth shut.
