What the heck is going on with Raymond James? I work at a staffing solutions company and all we are seeing and hearing is Raymond James IT is falling apart and a mass exodus is happening. We have had a few clients pass on Raymond James positions, in this economy, and a large group of clients who were Raymond James employees and ex-employees. It was one of the go to places in St Pete. You Google Raymond James and this web site comes up in the list totally bashing the company. Wow!

take heed. It is not a great place to work and the majority of the people are unhappy. Newer management is poor examples of what bosses should be. HR has no desire but to be an ostrich and put their head in the sand. Great people who had been there for decades leave and HR is not even curious to ask for an exit interview. The company has turned into a sweatshop and has no loyalty or concern for it's employees. Since the layoffs more than 2 years ago. The place has spiraled downward with no potential for anything looking up. People are trying to retire early and others are just leaving. No waiting for bonuses, people will leave as soon as they find another position. Don't expect to hear anything good, anytime soon. Even though your post is 2 years old, nothing has gotten better, it just keeps getting worse.
