Same on the IT side. Bella is no way as sincere and into the RJ culture at Tom and Tim was. IT management's actions speak louder than her words. They were also caught in a few comments that they thought would be believed (Only duplicate positions eliminated and quietly releasing Pasco Wiregrass relocation plans, ok not a comment but presenting itself as deceitful). I'm not sure how they can recover employee trust, if they want to. I personally don't believe they want to or care, from their actions or lack of. IT probably loses about 4 to 6 associates a month. Eventually this experience drain will catch them with a major outage or problem that takes forever to recover from.
