I have just spent the last 10 minutes reading all the comments and I am in shock. I can only guess that for most of you this might be a first job? I am age 60 and have worked at a few other places and by far L3 has been the best I have worked for. It saddens me that so many of my coworkers have been so unhappy at L3. They have treated me well. If I get laid off then so be it. due to my age and sex, and great reviews I might fight it but I doubt it.
We made a huge mistake with Encompass. Evena after 30 months to set it up is it not working well at all and this JIT is really killing production. Please remember your good times if you are leaving. L3 pays great. Good luck at other companies. To those bitching so much? good riddance!
