It's really sad to see what this company has become. I understand change and understand business motives to chase dollars. What I don't see is anything positive happening lately. My management team quietly complains. My colleagues ate interviewing elsewhere. My FA buddies are talking with other firms and getting street side news about RJ from other firms in our space.
