Thread regarding DreamWorks Animation SKG Inc. layoffs

Guys, Please note that our friends in Dreamworks are not bull dozing you but telling you plain truth. Those of you who are staying in false hope and not accepting the reality , please go and do some reality check. Check your offer letter and answer few of my question. a. Does your offer letter say that you are employee of Dreamworks? b. does it say that you will be paid by Dreamworks? c. Who has signed the document, any dreamworker? d. does any of the Dreamworks representative bound by DDU policy(I mean Technicolor policy)?? e. are you bound by any of the dreamworks policy??? f. does the movie credit list showing your name says that you are Dreamwork(It says Dreamworks Dedicated Unit at Technicolor) g. Even when we visit DDU the dog tag says Technicolor India.............. there are few more questions which are legitimate but will only cause heartburn to DDU, so let us agree to the fact and not shy away that DDU is not Dreamworks but an exclusive unit of Technicolor working on Dreamworks project...which means any day Dreamworks feel that DDU is not affective as a contributor they can walk out of India without any legal complication. If you guys really wants to be called a Dreamworker ask the management for following things to be done a. let your offer letter say Dreamworks employee b. let your email id be Dreamworks instead of ddu-india. c. let the movie credit list say Dreamworlds India...get the following in place and then you can come and participate in the forum. till such time lets have peace and get going with our primary job. Some of you may claim that they have dreamworks mail id so let me tell you being in IT department that they have been given the dreamworks id as vendor, so don't come and say you are dreamworks. Request you all to maintain harmony and peace.
