Thread regarding Chesapeake Energy Corp. layoffs

Do you think HR actually knows? I imagine each GM put together their plan to meet some reduction # provided by the bobs. At the higher levels the bobs likely made the choice themselves. At some point a spreadsheet goes to HR to start the process, but probably not long before the ax falls
