Don't feed the trolls. If you really want to know what is going on and why, take a look at the career and educational experience of your leaders, all the way up to the top. Ask yourself; Is this a group of "A" team players? How many of them have experience outside this industry, or even outside L-3 CSW? When is the last time your supervisor, manager, director, leader asked your opinion about anything important? When you ask a tough, intelligent question, do you get a real answer or does your boss think (s)he is making sense just because their lips are moving? How many of you have said, particularly in just the last few days, "Well, maybe they'll start a war in Syria."? War is about deception. Don't expect openness and transparency from those who are in the service of warriors. Are you afraid to speak out when you see bloat and inefficiency? If you do, does your manager brush it off because CSW has been doing it that way for so long that they can't remember any other way? Can you even recognize what's truly wasteful in the way you do your job? Are you so used to doing whatever you are told that you don't even care any more? When is the last time there was any sort of open forum meeting - or any other meeting - where you didn't feel like a mushroom?

I have made a complaint about a co worker who does nothing but walk the halls with is hands in his pockets. His picture in our our home page now as he is walking behind Maria Rivers, with his hands in his pockets yet again. Nothing happened. Now he is in another group. I work my ass off at L3 or I use to before all my tools were disabled by Encompass. And how is that all working after 3 years of trouble shooting? Someones head needs to roll for selecting SAP as our new operating system. And who ever decided Just In Time should also be fired. The CCA floor has tons of tokes with no parts in them and 50% of the workers have nothing to do. Add that to the stupid GOP sequestration and L3 is a recipe for disaster. I love my job and I have done so many good things for my projects but it is all out of my hands now. The next lay is to be on 9/12 and I will be out of town. I wonder if my blackberry will just stop working if I am laid off? Please L3 presidents and corporate, go back the old system. Yes we will lose what has happened since go live but trust me ...it is not much!
