It is truly amazing to me that with all of the craziness and uncertainty at L3, along with their new management, Encompass and the likes, that a corporation of this size is clueless when it comes to efficiency and effectiveness. Susan out, Val in. So what has Val done? Shift around a bunch of worthless management? Not once have I seen a manager, director or higher up walk around that plant and find out the root of the problems. How many times have we seen "Mandatory Overtime", only to bring people in to work and bill hours with nothing to do? Or furlough people right when work hits the shelves? In a time where timing is just bad, management deepens the wound with continued stupid decisions. Just because you have a degree in botany, doesn't mean you are or ever will be an effective manager. There are very few there. How many do you know that get paid 100K plus a year to send out a weekly pie chart? They could eliminate several layers of management, have the ones left 'actually' work and you would rid of hundreds of thousands in overhead. I know this might require letting go of your best friend, uncle, bishop and/or family member, but enough is enough! L3 has become a fun house. The entertainment value increases exponentially every day. No one should fear for their jobs. Because this company is a joke and it's probably a favor to you if you get let go. Go find a legitimate company to work for and your quality of life should improve exponentially. These HR goons, pretentious managers, dumb ass new President and the rest of you, and I hope you're reading this. You're all a joke. And if you think anyone employed here see's it any different, you're a fool too.
