I haven't heard a date but it would seem that they'll complete these layoffs before the end of the 3rd quarter so the payroll is off the books for the entire 4th quarter, and CHK begins 2014 with a decent looking earnings report. The stock will rise to $35, Icahn sells his stake, Doug looks like hero, and we're all working at Starbucks.
