The idiot decision makers are covering their ass right now by getting rid of engineering salaries. Yeah, all those moron managers will still have their job for a while and the upper management will continue to take their lavish vacations on the backs of others but they have no vision to take the company forward only cut and chop so they and their buddies are protected for now. It used to be a really great solid company but it evolved into something ugly. The real problem is that nothing has been fixed, only delayed. It's shame that so many good unsuspecting people have to pay for the greed of the incompetent.
