@BEP: I agree. We need to be more loving to everyone, even those that are rude to you, during tumultuous events, and every day. It's difficult I know, when you know your manager failed you and him and the company, all at once. He is learning as well. Please be patient, love your family and move on. It's the best outcome for all involved. ;)
