Val didn't even send out a letter acknowledging what happened. I knew they were going to cut deep in engineering putting us into mandatory overtime. I worried that this was going to cause a tidal wave of the best people left to leave after the layoff. Now I am sure it will. No one feels safe. No one is safe.
