Thread regarding University of Phoenix layoffs

Well every October, same old thing...layoffs. How can any organization treat its employees so horrible. 3 years in a row, layoffs in October. Goodbye ground, no urgency at local campus. Some leaders working 4 and 6 hour days. Most enrolling not working on Fridays or Mondays at all. Sine presence will be a learning center. Some presence better than none at all. Competitors laughing. To lower tuition for online and basically give ground campuses the finger, a true slap in the face. What's even more appalling is the organization was stupid enough to think ground employees would actually buy this BS. Everything geared towards online. They are better anyway...too many minorities at ground. Too much playing and positivity. Not enough reality. Glad I was let go in July. Feel sorry for those still being used.
