The AEP non compete has several different parts but I don't think the open season recruitment can start until feb or apr 2014; there is also so racket where AEP is supposed to forward your résumé to HR at CHK if you apply there, but I couldn't find that latter portion in an SEC release so I would recommend initial feelers over the phone or via a social media vehicle such as a LinkedIn private convo etc.
