The town hall was brutal. "Ok guys I know you are all sad that I laid off 800 people yesterday but it also wanted to let you know that if I were you I wouldn't run out and buy those Christmas presents just yet because I'm also getting rid off your holiday bonus and your year end January bonus and raises. It's ok though, you all can take comfort in the fact that I'm still spending millions on the Christmas lights and my own personal gym for me and my executives.
