I think what Follett did was despicable. Top management has been screwing up for years and now they doing this to cover for their mistakes. Follett is currently debt free but I think those days are nearly over! Some stores now have skeleton staffs. I hope management realizes their mistakes when things like SODA orders and receiving become days behind. Nothing will ever get done now that all 2 staff members on a a time will probably be helping customers and not taking care of office items!
