Name one major rollout of a major system,program, or initative that is user friendly and actually works when it reaches store level. All the way back to Course Tracks still a piece of crap, every system rollout has major flaws, aka "known issues". Good luck to all in January trying to keep up with onlin orders, text status cards and text special order forms. How much time,effort, and payroll are wasted on just the process of entering, printing, tearing the one status card per page and then putting them up!!! We won't even talk about printing the SKU labels for the special order forms from back office! GOOD LUCK TO ALL!
