Thread regarding Follett layoffs

Not laid off (YET)- Leaving anyway

It is highly ironic that these layoffs were done ostensibly in the name of increasing customer service and "customer facing hours". Those laid off were largely ASMs, CSMs and floor operations team leads. Who exactly do they think does the interviewing, hiring, and training of all these additional PT1's every semester?

It's going to be awfully difficult for the store managers to be out on campus selling IncludEd and ConnectOnce. Probably just as well since there are only a handful of people at the home office to support all the stores. I'm pretty sure that even if we sell it, they won't be able to deliver.
