Thread regarding Follett layoffs

I was a salaried ASM who was let go on Friday. I worked for the same bookstore for over 20 years. Our university outsourced us about 3 years ago to Follett. I was taken on by Follett with my years of seniority that I had while at the university. I was given 4 weeks a year of a vacation leave along with my OC Tanner award for 20 years of service to Follett. When I was let go Friday, I was told over the phone by my RM and some stranger in HR that I was no longer needed and that they would give me 4 weeks of severance pay along with payout of my vacation days I had on the books. Did any other employee receive more than 4 weeks and if so, how many weeks vs how many years? I have an appointment with my attorney tomorrow.
