Mr. Heat is a total joke. The number goes to HR and then to your regional. Depending on whom your HR rep and regional were/are the entire world would know about the issue. it is not anonymous by any means. I had employees call Mr. heat for issues like not wanting to come to work on time, not enough chairs in the break room ...you get the idea. It's a whining line no one takes seriously.
