Thread regarding University of Phoenix layoffs

You know the MOST embarrassing thing I see here is the poor language and bad attitudes from "fellow employees". Way to represent the values guys, if you hate the company that much just leave.. please. I work for UOP and do I have a job tomorrow? I am not sure but I really hope so. I love this organization and BELIEVE in what we do, If you do not I can happily show you the door. I am one of the lowest paid employees, NOT any form of management. However, here at UoP WE make dreams happen by bringing education to those that are truly willing to work for it. I realize that many other colleges do as well, and that is great for the consumer of education. To remain competitive we must think and act strategically as an organization. I sincerely believe that we accomplish this better than most because we are willing to remain flexible to the educational environment and provide the support students need. Personally, I am set to graduate from UoP in a few months after a fantastic educational experience, and am sure that my degree and workplace ethics will take me far. I would never stay with a company that mistreated me. The people that want to talk about Barbie and blow jobs are only demeaning themselves. Pathetic.
