Another bullshit conference...flavor of the month. Congratulating each other on their new roles. What the f did that meeting have to do with grad teams? Why do we have to wait months for our increase? Why is it each year our raise gets pushed out by tw months with no retro? F you bullshit plan. Quit wasting out time and lets us do our job. F*** SSP too..you push for that shit but cant lead by example since you didnt execute it in the conference.
