Anonymous referencing online "getting what they wanted" by destroying ground, you need to get a grip. As an online EA I am not in any way appreciative of the extra work I've had to take on since the most recent layoffs and feel terrible having to explain to students that we've "centralized" things and therefore they are working with me now rather than their previous advisor.

I won't go into the large number of leads that were in statuses that made no sense or other items that were not properly handled from the ground representatives. There are bad apples both online AND at ground.

Clearly this was a monetary decision by the company and clearly the execs have no loyalty whatsoever to their people.

There will no doubt be more "restructuring" in the future. Best to keep your options open, particularly if you are at a campus because the writing is flashing as a neon sign on the wall at this point.
