Thread regarding Chesapeake Energy Corp. layoffs

@ 9:13: Help me out here. Why would anyone sue? This is a company with high debt and one that was built to run 150 +or- rigs but now plans on running 65 or so rigs. Land rush is over, debt not dropping significantly, working on cash flow. Where is the justification for a suit? Like I said, help me out on this one. I'm an ex-chk myself and saw the massive growth and realized several years ago that this day was coming. And this happens from time to time in companies and in this industry in general. Where is the basis? Thanks.
