Thread regarding University of Phoenix layoffs

@Just Sayin, the process is fairly simple. My wife stated that they get a lot of calls about concerns with management or directors, however they are viewed as retaliation if a manager or director happened to discipline someone, which is the case most often. However, if they begin to receive several complaints about an individual, then they will truely investigate these alligations. It is the only way to sort through all of the claims they get so to speak. My recommendation to you and others that are experiencing unethical behavior from leadership, have multiple people reach out to hr and report it, it is the only way it will get investigated.
