Thread regarding Sears layoffs

we all see what's happening to us workers here at sears. but, people accept it, suck it up, shut up and do whatever the managers ask them to do. low wages, unpredictable part time work. when you move from a well developed manufacturing base to a service industry base this is exactly what you get, low pay along with low hours worked. this is not only sears, most of retail is moving in this direction. blame big money corporations, no one else, all in the name of greed.
