What's the average severance here? Please let me know, I am not with Dell but working for a competitor and drying to compare severance plans. We get one week for a year of service and we are capped at 15 weeks, not too good of a deal in my opinion but maybe Dell offers better. It's not going to help me but finding out the severance info may help us go back to our management and ask them to help increase the allocation.
