This is not just an IT issue but a Follett issue. When an industry is declining and there is disruption in the marketplace companies try to do too much to remain relevant. Follett has been doing this for years, and it accelerated over the past two years. There is only so much change that a company and its employees can digest each year. Perhaps Infosys can scale up and down as necessary to meet these timelines but the business folk will still have difficulty providing input to make the projects a success.
