Heald will no longer upgrade (it never really did) the IT infrastructure. The decision has been made to jerk everybody around telling both the instructors and students that "We will get around to it". Northern California IT employers no longer hire Heald graduates due to "poor learning outcomes" along with IT careers now require a BS degree.
