hello - i am fairly new to raymond james, i see all the post stating how things got worse than it was before. i cannot complain as i just started but can you shed some light on the good things that we had that are lost. i guess i am trying to figure out what changed with times and why do you feel we are doing wrong directions. thanks in advance

Wow! The leadership at RJ is now looking to this site to see how to solve the problems. It's too late. The titanic already hit the iceberg. There is only enough golden parachutes to go around or is that life boats. The rest of us will all drown.
