The talk of getting more airplanes goes on maybe hoping to keep enough work force to finish navy programs. If we could get some of the losers from KY out the door we could do better. They already showed how bright they were when their plant got shut down. Not a single has made a good decision since they moved in. Some have been bumped down but still made dumb calls every day and draw top $$. Quality in Waco is now run by production and continues to lose customer confidence.
