With all that is going on, nobody is safe here, so what's the point of putting in any extra effort as an employee. We should just do the bare minimum, work your 8 hour day, take lunch break, and not work after hours and weekends anymore. Show that we can also disrupt their plans, but not to the point of getting fired, since we should all wait to either get laid off, or have a new job to jump right into.
Maybe some type of civil disruption would be interesting. People should protest any town hall meetings or all hands calls and just not show up. Or maybe plan a day that we skip work, everyone in every office. I'm a manager, btw, and I would spare my employees a PTO to do this.
If enough people quit, or make things less productive, there won't be much of a company left to go public with.
