I did tell my story at the end and that sums up all I know for sure. The friend (from some other department) that had warned me the day before that cuts might be coming also was a target.
I was the first one that I know of in my department that was called in to see his manager as I had been in meetings up till that time, but I suspect there were others meeting at the same time. I have heard that there were 2 more cuts in my group.
Now it sounds like you are preaching. How about you? Have you shared? Not in the post you mentioned me. See I don't know what you've previously posted and you don't know about me either. And in my book, the tone didn't sound particularly constructive.
