The only thing these Pseudo Specialists (read Deb Kerr) know is to get rid of people to improve efficiency rather than show their true specialist skills to improve bottom line or innovate to bring new products. Improving efficiency by laying off people can be done anyone..you don't need specialists. Deb Kerr is being paid way too much for doing nothing.
