CCI doesn't have as much cash as you think. It's down from $46 in Sep. 2012 to $37 million in Sep. 2013. It's losing about $6 million a quarter. CCI is probably looking at a $1 Million legal bill with regards to the CA AG lawsuit. $37 million won't go very far assuming CCI wants to keep up the facade that everything is going well.
