Former CHKer, you are right on. They expect us to believe that 10% is industry standard. While there were quite a few overpaid folks in CHK, the masses of good hard workers are getting the shaft here after putting in their time. What does CHK think of your Loyalty to the company? Nothing... They're saying Move On. I am going to let them get their way and walk. They won this fight. Cutting my losses of time wasted here and moving out. I will say this... We were told it was a "great year" with a 62% increase in stock price and to expect a great bonus after this accomplishment. They drag us along after what has seemed like an eternity of suspense only to OVERPROMISE and COMPLETELY UNDERDELIVER.
