They brought in some folks with a lot of degrees ... some had so many degrees one would wonder when they actually worked at a business ... So they under estimated the value of the folks who have been working in the trenches for years, shame on them, they forgot who their customers where and who helped get those customers. I do sympathize with the Follett family though it has to be rough. The previous admin may have gotten a little to much time off but they should have just said we've been good to you cut their salaries and had them buckle up.
