Everyone I talked to is happier in their new land depts including me. Feel bad hearing they continued to delay the remaining ones bonuses....seeing that the upper management all got their stock awards on the 10th of January on time. So thankful I left. Another happier here. Most of the competitors are still hiring and DO pay more.
