These surveys they took were for their own benefits. They did not use them to identify troubled, POS management skills. They used these to determine employee morale, and probably used them to help filter out and determine which employees needed to get canned. Honestly.
The only thing the survey did was get us an "extra line in the D cafeteria", that was it! All of the bitching and moaning, and legitimate griping by employees about the piss poor, eyes wide shut management (I use that term very, very loosely) teams at CSW, on the surveys, the data was used to warn managers that they need to cover their asses better or get rid of certain people. When you watch a manager abuse ethics policies day after day, then lose multiple millions of dollars and piss off their subordinates, and then they just make another pie chart to direct the blame on those around them, you know there is something else going on. Your guess is good as mine, but in the meantime, the only way to get some answers may be from our customers (NOT Corporate!). We've watched hundreds of people, good people and workers, lose their jobs while these "managers" get a bonus the size of your last 4 months pay. Call the GAO and start dropping names, dates and times that you think were violations of contractual agreements and then things will happen. You may even get $$,$$$.$$ if your contract is hot enough!!! Let some heads roll, they don't care about us, you or your family or mortgage!
