Everyone is always talking about senior management. What about middle management? I find most of these people a bigger joke. Some seem clueless while others are yes men and will do Whatever their manager wants them to do no matter if it's right or wrong Then there are those who act like they have no worry. Hey middle managers once you're done cleaning up people they will come for you too.
