It's sad to see how far UOP has fallen. I was there for about 10.5 years. I truly think it started with the outsourcing of the IT call center to India about 7 years ago. With everything that happened in October students and faculty are waiting up to 3 hours to get a call back for IT help, and who knows how long for an AC, EA, or FA to contact them. I enjoyed working there most of the time, some managers would find any little thing to use as an excuse to not give a raise. If you're still there good luck and save up for when they let you go.
