Follett doesn't own the real estate the campuses do. If the campus needs a bookstore they should have gotten a new contract with the campus and worked together. If some contracts were lost, okay it would be less stores. But running bookstores is what Follett did. Pre ordering requirements that the campus agreed upon or something needed to be put in to place before just not stocking the stores with either books or people to do the job wasn't the answer.
