I'm a store manager. I could rattle off a dozen ideas in a minute that should have been happening for several years that have nothing to do with technology. The technology issue is definitely the last straw. Guaranteed Sales was always a disaster. They're just figuring this out now? Apparel has always been a disaster. Only the huge stores received anything halfway decent. Talk about frustrating. That's just for starters. It never mattered what we in the stores would say or request. Home Office always knew bwtter.
