Jumping on the tired anti-for-profit education bandwagon is a good way to generate publicity during this election year, and lots of those attorneys general are up for re-election. Most of that hoo-ha will blow over after the election. It's all just a ripple effect from Harkin's activities, which are just about forgotten now.
