Thread regarding University of Phoenix layoffs

UoP cannot afford another round of layoffs. Severance packages, unemployment insurance, etc. are hefty expenses. Morale is already in the toilet, new enrollment is all but gone, . . . It would be cheaper to fire everyone than layoff but firing leads to lawsuits. I don't think this place can survive another round of layoffs. Apollo Group has raped this school until there is nothing left. Another round of layoffs and who's going to enroll students . . . . the janitors? Hell, at this rate even they will have been laidoff. Where’s is the Department of Education, the Department of Justice, the Department of Labor, the Department of Anything? Why aren't employees protesting and picketing? Somebody has got to grow a pair and speak out!
