Dell has horrible consumer support - now imaging what's going to happen once they start laying even more people from this function - I wander if it will be worth even bothering buying anything from Dell once the hits take place. I think Dell will be downsizing profits and sales at the same time - so, the net effect will be proportional - nothing will be achieved.
