I don't recall anyone bashing store personnel. One of the things I loved about Follett was the now defunct Follett Values. Follett was a team, and succeeded or failed together. With layoffs in the recent past and more pending, I don't see what purpose this bashing accomplished other than making laid off associates feel worse.
